Working with leading universities and FDA-inspected research facilities, CS Health sought to deliver to the marketplace dietary supplement products that deliver the health benefits of Sulforaphane found in broccoli and broccoli sprouts.*
Using our proprietary broccoli variety, we have isolated sulforaphane and developed BroccoRaphanin®, a refined Glucoraphanin from broccoli seed (Sulforaphane glucosinolate 10%) and Vitalica®. Scientists have identified Glucoraphanin as the precursor to the natural long-lasting antioxidant and detoxifier Sulforaphane.
Broccoraphanin is the brand name we use for our broccoli-seed derived glucoraphanin product. Glucoraphanin is a prized substance found in the broccoli seed, sprout, plant and vegetable…the highest, and therefore most economical, concentration of which is found in the seed. When consumed, broccoraphanin is converted automatically by the body to produce the substance sulforaphane that has been known to have several beneficial healthy attributes.* The conversion is similar to how the body changes consumed carbohydrates into sugars.
The properties of our BroccoRaphanin lend their use to a number of applications. Our first usage was as a dietary supplement (it is considered in itself a food item.)
Available in Multiple Sizes
BroccoRaphanin is available as a powder, packaged in 25 kg quantities, and is available in several strengths, or concentrations, of glucoraphanin. The greater the concentration, the greater the amount of sulforaphane available to the body. Our BroccoRaphanin is available as a baking flour, having a less than 5% concentration of glucoraphanin, and as a dietary supplement in strengths of 5%, and 10%. Through our innovative isolation and capture of another broccoli seed substance, an enzyme known as myrosinase, we have been able to use myrosinase to enhance resulting conversion of sulforaphane to amounts never before imagined. We have thus eliminated the need to engage in glucoraphanin proliferation, we are able to enhance concentrations without the cost-burden of developing additional seed varieties.
Note that our seed variety development will continue for further alternative uses, but our dietary supplement remains the strongest and most economical product of its kind.
